Custom Post Type – Custom Taxonomy: Page Title, Breadcrumbs, Sidebar

Hi

I have a page displaying a custom post type / custom taxonomy and it’s having several issues.

1) The page title which should be the custom taxonomy does not show up nor do the bread crumbs and I have the page template as “Pagebuilder + page title”. I have also configured the Custom taxonomy in the Newspaper Theme Panel.

2) No matter how I create the sidebar on this page the value that I believe should be the page title overwrites much of the text in the sidebar.

The Directory Plugin I’m using has an option to set the category page (which I’m choosing to do with the above page template) I have tried not using the page template as well and I get poor results as well.

I should note I am on newspaper 10.3 and I am not using the Standard Pack.

I installed the Books CPT and created a post. When I view the post I am not seeing the breadcrumbs, sidebar, genre, or authors.

Hi I’ve made some progress with this by going away from the Child Theme.

The breadcrumbs look off though https://snipboard.io/do9LUA.jpg and do not look like they are respecting the settings in the Theme Panel: https://snipboard.io/ucJxpg.jpg
