Hello,
How it is possible to set “Custom Post Type – Layout Settings” to “No Sidebar” default for all new posts, It is very annoyng that it is appearing Sidebar right default.
Thanks & Regards!
Hi,
If you are using for example our documentation and plugin for custom post type -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/ then when you make a new post you need to set the sidebar position -> https://i.imgur.com/jpzgxsH.png also you can set this as general option from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/bHrtIOt.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Is there an easy way to remove date, author, about author etc. for custom post types?

I have use Newspaper-child theme.
I have tried with Newspaper template and works fine.
Something is wrong with Newspaper-child theme..
Hi Frydenborg,
You need to use custom templates for CPT and remove from them the date, author, about author etc or you can use a custom css to hide these dates.
Hi slayprodwork,
Maybe there is something that you do not set correctly in the child theme, if you want, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look to the child theme and CPT. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
