Is there a way to add the customer review form only to a certain type of post? I don’t want it on all my blog posts, only on my review posts.

Yes, you can create a Single Post Template for the posts you want in the review system and assign that template for the posts -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Ah yes, tried that the first time yesterday as I need some posts to be without the featured image on top. Great feature, will help to for the reviews! Thanks!
