Hello!
First of all, please make sure you have a backup done, deactivate all the non-tagdiv plugins or the cache plugins you use, and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.
I would gladly recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer to the latest update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Please update your WordPress and php version too.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Never has a canned response served any purpose here, except to fool the algorithms and raise points while handing out useless smiles.
Does anyone REALLY have any idea what the source of this problem might be?
Post data: just so you didn’t miss a cliché, you could have also recommended that I wash my hands after using the keyboard because there are a lot of viruses and bacteria hidden there that can be harmful to health.

Hello!
We can take a look at this, investigate this issue and let you know what can be done. Contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cpanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
No.
I won’t give you that info; it goes against good business practices… and common sense.
I’ll search for help elsewhere.
