From past 4-5 months, we have noticed a DATABASE COLLATION error in our PHP error logs.
Please see the screenshot in the link below, as we can see tag div booster is been seeing on the error logs.

Due to this, our website goes down many times creating unnecessary load on the database during query fetching.
Please check it and help us as soon as possible.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.

The problem can be from the wp memory https://i.imgur.com/DzB3NEx.png this is to low, please set it like here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ after that check to see if you still get new errors in error log about this.
