I have a little trouble finding the possibility of changing the 3 columns at the bottom of the page. I would like to keep the 3 conne there but put different data (example change the popular articles category already mentioned in the page)

That default option cannot be changed, you will have to use a footer from the cloud library in order to have full control over it using the tagDiv Composer.
