Theme version: 10.3.9.1. I’ve using this theme for years. Having a strange issue. Added a custom site post template which is great. It works for a while, let’s say 15-20 hours. But then, somehow, it reverts to default. I don’t know what is wrong. Any suggestions or maybe known issue?

Please make sure that you caching options are set properly. And also check your website security, make sure that your website is not broken into by someone.

Thanks for the reply. Disabled the cache plugin. But still reverts to default settings. Any other suggestions? Also, I’m sure that no one is broken our website. Even if, why only theme settings broken? It doesn’t make sense.

If your settings are missing, then please make sure you have Standard pack plugin installed and active and try to restore a backup from Theme panel -> Import/Export and please do not press “Reset”.
Also, please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
