Hello,
You can create sidebars in a few different ways: https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
Then you can set the specific sidebar for every place in the theme panel. On categories and on specific templates: http://screencast.com/t/505yjwdqY – http://screencast.com/t/6yEzvjGSzN
Then you only need to make sure that your posts or pages have the ‘default’ setting so they will not override your sidebars: http://screencast.com/t/wyV8czdnS1fl
