When I try to share a post any social media accounts by clicking on the social icon above my post the post, its sharing with default text in front of the text in the post.

Disabling all plugins isn’t really an option here, anything else I can do?
Make sure you have an ‘excerpt’ for each post, which is usually used by social media tools to provide the text for sharing. Also, plugins like Yoast SEO further allow you to cutomize the social text separate from the excerpt.
You can *SEE* what text is actually there for social to grab by doing “view source” for one of your posts and looking at the meta data in the head.
Twitter needs custom tags to tell it what to grab. Facebook and Pinterest use “open graph” or “OG” tags to pull data. Without those tags, you won’t get anything legible when sharing.
