I have some further questions on the demos.
1. We would like to use the default Newspaper Pro demo as a starting point since you state that the demos are “perfectly designed to help you start building your website.”
2. If we do this, and there’s a new version of the theme (e.g. 10.5), will we lose all of our settings when we update the theme?
3. Why are there no templates for this in the cloud library?
4. Is there a way to save the theme settings if you customize the demo? If not, why not?
5. Am I missing something on the demos? Why is it that changing them wipes out all of your settings?

1. Yes you can use a demo to start building your website, there will be no problems.
2. When you make an update the settings made in theme panel or on cloud templates using tagDiv Composer will not be lost, the will be keep in database, but if you overwirite the demo content and you’ll change it then you’ll lost the content.

4. You can save the theme panel setting using the import/export option from theme panel, the settings made with tagDiv Composer on cloud templates will be save on these.
5. I don’t quite understand, if you are referring to demos, each one have there one settings, therefore, when you import the demo you’ll import all the settings and templates, if you already have one install and you choose to install another one, the first one will be remove and the choose one it will be install.
