Hello,

This is mainly a server error. You can try to check upload permissions and change upload folder to 777.

Hi,

Please make sure you install the correct version of visual composer. The one that comes with the theme: http://screencast.com/t/d2Pcop9KtNJo
If you have installed another version of the plugin, please remove it and install the correct one.
If the problem is still there, please try to disable all other plugins except visual composer and see if it’s not a plugin conflict.
