unfortunately my host says: It is a server configuration and it cannot be changed. I’m afraid you’ll have to change your theme, as the php settings on the server are fixed and cannot be changed.

unfortunately your server cannot process the demo images and it returns a “Service Unavailable” error message.
The error explained from wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes :
503 Service Unavailable
The server is currently unavailable (because it is overloaded or down for maintenance). Generally, this is a temporary state.
There is nothing we can do… just to recommend you to switch to a more powerful shared host / server. If you cannot use the theme, we can arrange for a full refund.
