Hi, is it possible to design a custom Post template with Tagdiv, similar to how individual Pages can be designed?
If not, how can I control the headline container settings? In the image below the post headline is constrained to the purple area, but I would like to extend it into the red area as well:

Yes, this is possible. Simply add a post template from Cloud library and create or edit it as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
