When I check the work that will be seen on mobile or ipad everything is correct. Actually when I look from my cellphone or ipad I see notable differences. Example: the categories do not appear on the posts, or if I want to see all the posts from the menu, show them to me in windows … why? What’s the problem?

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Thank you for your answer. But I checked this: in all pages I can see the category (wath I want) only in one doesn’t show. Is possible I made some errors in that page? (the template is the same)
