Disable Background-Fade Effect

I want to get rid of an annoying background loading effect that happens when a page is loaded (usually when the site is browsed for the first time).

Hello,

This effect come from Cloudflare. Please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ , and you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
