Disable mobile theme on specific pages

Hi there,

Is there a way to disable the mobile theme on specific pages? I want to show a specific page, but not have it use the mobile theme?

Also, what file do you edit to change the categories of the mobile theme on the front page? I want to remove a specific category.

To give some context why, I’ve got a nicely designed page that looks great on PC and I’d love it to just render in a responsive way on mobiles.

It’s not content heavy, but it uses icons and tagdiv elements to display information that can’t be replicated at all on the mobile theme, so I’d like it to render it in the responsive theme instead.

Hi,

Disabling the mobile theme plugin for specific pages is not possible at the moment. if we should find a solution for this, we will provide it, but currently there is now way unfortunately. Once activated the mobile theme will take over and apply to the whole website.

On the front page of the mobile theme, there will be a top grid that displays posts included in the featured category – https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
Then there will be a latest articles section. What exactly would you like to modify about these two elements? Maybe there is a way, but it will most likely require modifications in the code.

Thanks

Hey Simion,

Thanks for the reply. That’s ok, I’ll find a workaround for the page issue.

Disregard the second question, I edited the php file for the phone theme and restricted the categories via code. 🙂

Thanks!
