I have been using the tagDiv Social Counter plugin integrated with my website to display my social media statistics. Despite correctly setting up the plugin with the necessary IDs and following all the required steps, I have encountered an issue where the counters for Instagram and Twitter do not reflect the accurate number of followers – they show an incorrect count.
It appears that the issue is specific to these two platforms, as all connections were made according to the instructions provided in the documentation. I have also checked to ensure that there are no caching issues that could be causing this discrepancy.

What I can recommend is to disable the tagDic Composer and tagDic Social Counter and delete them, after that reinstall the plugins from Newspaper > plugins.

There were some more reports for the Instagram and Twitter, normally the Instagram can be used as on business and should be ok.
