It is being said by the service provider that there are some shortcomings in the newspaper theme, which increases the disk usage very quickly.
Please help us I am not able to upload the image on my website

Hi Rohit@3023, the only option that can do this is if you upload images in media, then the theme will create thumbs -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
But also problems like this was reported by users that use some cache plugins, therefore please check to see if you do not have other plugins that fill the space from your host.
