Where is it displayed now? Could you provide a link to a post page from your website?
If you are using a cloud post template, you can edit it with the composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
There you can position each element as you want in the template. You can check the cloud post templates here https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single

That is a predefined post template, the settings for the post template are in the theme panel. Please check here https://prnt.sc/ue9l5l Enable the date and the other elements you want to display in the post page, with those settings.
