Hi Guys,
I have purchased Newspaper Theme to develop a publishing site for the local community I live in.
It will contain permanent Pages of reference for the likes of the School, Church, Doctors, Dentist, local amenities, sports and leisure clubs, etc etc
These pages will need to be displayed like posts initially until we receive enough continual articles to post on their behalf ‘using categories ?’. Basically when we launch the only main content will be the pages.
Can you please suggest the best working practice to achieve this. I did read your documentation on ‘Page Templates’ Post Type ??

You can customize category templates using the tagDiv Composer. I personally would suggest you to customize the category templates and use the categories right from the beginning: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/ ;
You can setup your homepage using tagDiv Composer elements in order to link them to your categories.

So to clarify please, you can add actual Pages ‘not posts’ to a customised template that I create myself using tagDiv composer elements and link them to that specific category that will eventually also include their individual posts when I receive and create them?

Each image box can have its own url. That url can lead to your category page.
