I’m trying to recreate all my website using the Cloud Library templates in order to deactivate the Standard Pack.
I’ve read the explanation of V10 changes and Standard Pack use (very clear), however I cannot find an updated documentation to give us guidance on the TagDiv Composer changes (new Zone Manager for example), and how to create a new page using sections from the Cloud Library. Is there one ?
I’d like to understand 2 things in particular:
– I cannot add any more a template from the Cloud Library and find it in my own library : by clicking on ‘Add new’, I choose a section and the only button I have is “Create”. Then, it automatically imports the section on a blank page in TagDiv Composer, and by saving it, it publishes a new page. I don’t understand how to import some sections and blocks from the library to create a new homepage from a blank page (no blank homepage in the library).
– How whould we use the Zone manager in the TagDiv Composer ?
– If I create a new page (All Pages – Add new), how can I use the blocks from the TagDiv Library?

I think that the best way will be to import a page that have a part of what you need and edit it, this will be more faster.

Thank you, I better understand how to use the zone manager and cloud library. However, what happens when I built new content is different from what you explain:
– nothing is imported into my cloud library : when I import a template (section, block, whatever), the button “add” brings it into a page (the page I was working on, or it creates a new page). You can see here a new page that was automatically created when I tried to add the section “our specialties-Retro” to my Cloud library. It was created with a URL that I didn’t choose: https://devenirbilingue.com/our-specialties-restro/. And it was even automatically published !
– one of the issues is that there is an autosave in TagDiv Composer. I tried to import another section, “Call to Action – Fitness Pro” and this change has been saved without clicking on the Save button.
– I still don’t understand how to create a page by importing blocks and sections from the Cloud library. You can see that I tried twice to import the section “Call to Action – Fitness Pro” because I wanted it in 2/3 of a row. I thought it was an element that we can use in the left column of a row, not on full width. But I can’t import it where I want, since it goes in a new line each time I import it. And it still isn’t in my own cloud library (the only template in it is an old one I imported one year ago).
I hope you understand my issues.

So when you care using cloud templates from here -> https://i.imgur.com/eWPILwg.png -> https://i.imgur.com/pmZOOaC.png you have access to the entire cloud library, pages, templates, blocks, sections … Importing a page, will create a new page, importing a template will create a new custom post type for that template, also after the import is done the changes are automatic save, that is way when you import a section from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2RPTBPk.png the page get automatically saved, an the imported block/section will be always add to the bottom of the page this will be set in a new row, but you can drag it from there and set it where you want and adjust them.

OK I understand how to import a page and adjust small things. However as I told you :
– I need to build a new homepage from scratch (I want it simple), using several blocks and sections from the library. I don’t see how to drag and drop the “call to action-fitness pro” in a 2/3 column of my page. Should I be able to use any block or section in a different row/column size (as I am with the classic Composer)? – I do exactly what you say to import a template, there is NOTHING in my cloud library. I can send you a screenshot, it’s not like yours, I only have 1 old import from last year.

Thank you, your video was helpful (I was doing the same but I forgot to add the inner row). Now, after importing this section, should I see it in my own cloud library or not? Or should I import it from the Cloud library each time I use it?
Also, in order to deactivate the standard pack (after removing all the dependencies), should I use only elements imported from the cloud library when I build pages or posts templates? What I mean is : can I use also elements which are in the extended/external shortcodes? For example, to insert a video playlist or a weather widget : can I just add them from the same area as “rows/columns/inner rows…”

In cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/fDJbSIk.png will be save only the cloud templates, the blocks and section will be save in the page where are imported also you can save them as new element using the right click ( https://i.imgur.com/HEWqLCl.png -> https://i.imgur.com/6uv0Rgd.png), also the pages imported from cloud library bill be save in WordPress pages.
The elements from the cloud are made using the elements from Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/ISCiDD2.png if you want you can create edit the elements directly, these from cloud are pre-made to can build your website faster with the layout you like.
As templates, yes, after you deactivate the tagDiv Standard Pack you can use default template and these from cloud library.
Yes, these elements will still be available, Most of the elements that will be remove once that standard pack will be disable will be blocks and big grids, that are the same as flex blocks and big grid flex that you can use.
