I am trying to post a video like it is mentioned in the below link. “Paste your video link” . I don’t see the block at all when trying to add a post

Maybe it is disabled in the screen options – https://www.screencast.com/t/OjJplqiN
Or could be removed by a plugin conflict, try to disable them all as a quick test. Check if that solves it.
