Hi,
That option is for the Leads element if you do not want to use the Double opt-in email. Edit the page/template where you have the Subscribe to Leads element, select the element, and make sure that the Double opt-in email option is unchecked – https://prnt.sc/Vy_8nvrCGnMp – https://forum.tagdiv.com/leads/

hello I don’t see that setting. please note that i am trying to disbale the double optin for members registration.

Hi,
That option is not for the registration, and there is no option to edit the registration form, sorry!
