That could happen if you use the same or similar sorting, also filter by the same categories. Now I see there are no duplicated in those two blocks you mention, they seem to display posts from different categories

I’ve used the following settings:
– Post ID filter: -145
– Multiple categories filter: 38,11647,11650,11646,11649,11648
– Show the following IDs: 38,11647,11650,11646,11649,11648
– Sort order: latest
– Filter type: Filter by categories
What I have done is merge several categories into new categories, and used those new categories on the page. Before I didn’t have that problem.
Depending on that category filtering the block will display posts. So the post has to belong to one of those categories to show in the block. If you see a post that doesn’t belong there, check it’s categories. Chances are it shares a category with another filtered block, so it appears in both.
There are two methods that can be used to further avoid duplicates.

The unique articles should not be used if you use block pagination.
