after i update newspaper to V 9.7.3 i have problem to install tagdiv composer ( download failed forbiden ) why?

Hi,
You need to delete the theme with all the plugins and reinstall the theme via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/
Please make sure that all the settings are as in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
