Download from Cloud Library impossible / stuck

Hello dear Newspaper team,

since latest update, I am not able to download any templates from the Cloud Library anymore.

All downloads get stuck at 0% or 75%, please see picture: https://www.londonmalanders.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Cloud-Library-No-Download.jpg

Even waiting 30 minutes doesnt change anything.

I have the same problem on 3 “Newspaper” sites running on 2 different servers.

I tried to delete / reinstall TagDiv Cloud Library plugin, with no effect.

Wordpress is 5.7, theme latest version.

Any idea where the problem could be? What could i try?

Hello !

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.

it seems to be a conflict with another plugin – it worked when disabling all other plug ins.
