Drop down menu order

Hello,

This might sound like a ridiculous question, but I’d sort of a newb to certain things theme related. I need to change the order of the drop down menu items & I’m not quite sure how. Is that done in the Appearance>Menus section of the WordPress dashboard? Thanks for the help.
