I’ve installed the Eastcoast Check PRO Plugin, but it automatically creates a category that I can’t rename. I’ve attached a screenshot of the issue. Could you please provide some guidance on how to resolve this?

I suggest you build your own CPTs and taxonomies so you can edit them in the plugin.

The plugin comes with its own CPT and taxonomies, so yes, I recommend using acf to create your own cpt and taxonomies https://forum.tagdiv.com/introduction-cpt-acf-newspaper-theme/ and use the module builder to create your own design and use the flex block builder to display them -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-builder-flex-loop-builder/
