Edit content of column text is not working

I am trying to add shortcodes to some categories using Column Text.
The popup “edit content” opens but can paste the code inside.
The same goes for Title element.
I have read previous discussions on the issue and tried the solutions proffered but the problem still persists.

I’m having this issue as well. I can open the edit content tab and add the text but then can’t save it.

Edit: I was able to find a workaround: editing the page with WordPress’s editor and inserting the short code between the column brackets

Hi,

I don’t recommend this method, because when you want to edit the page with tagDiv Composer, an error like this will appear https://i.imgur.com/dDqFdW2.png, you can contact us via email to inspect it, but please delete that code from the WordPress editor.
