Hi There,
I’m trying to do front end edits to my website. I normally click on my sites name in WordPress which would open up the home page, I would then see a menu across the top where I could select edit with TagDiv Composer to amend the layout of pages. This top menu has disappeared and I’m not sure why?
I’ve updated the theme to 12.3.1, but the top menu doesnt return even when i go back to 12.3.

I haven’t installed a new plugin since it was last working.

This problem is caused by the plugin for cache that you use, I think that created a file like this -> https://i.imgur.com/Rt7fJMx.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ please delete that file, flush the cache and check after.

I’ve checked and there doesn’t appear to be this file anywhere in the backend. I’ve flushed the cache and disabled the plugin to see if that helps but no luck. https://www.screencast.com/t/2dhgIiqCa80
What else could it be that’s stopping the bar appear?

Please delete the folder cache -> https://i.imgur.com/BhF4UIF.png and check after.
Also, please ask your host if you have there a plugin for cache.

I have deleted this folder, and removed the host plugin for cache.
However, this still isn’t working – the bar for tagDiv Composer still doesn’t appear when I access my website.
What else could be the issue?

Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, and check after.
There can be a plugin conflict.

I’ve removed all plugins, still no luck with the bar appearing back on the top. Are you able to check my account is activated? What else could be causing this as I currently cannot use the theme.
