edit with tagview composer takes me to 404 error page not found

I purchsed newspaper 10 today, installed the theme and imported default demo. But clicking the edit with tagview composer takes me to 404 page not found error. Kindly help me with this issue.

Hello !

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

Let us know the results.

Its a fresh install, only tagdiv plugins are installed.
Tried reinstalling the tagdiv composer plugin, but with no luck. Problem is still there.
I am not using child themes, i have cleared cache. nothing seems to work.
I cant do anything on my website. Kindly help me fix this.
I have sent login details of my cpanel and wordpess as requested earlier too.
