I have tried updating everything that I could possibly find in previous complaints about this issue and nothing has changed the problem. I’ve gone in and added lines of code to make sure everything in my system status is showing up as green and still nothing works. Whenever I click on the Edit with TD Composer button it just takes me to a blank screen (and yes I’ve also made sure the ssl addresses match like was suggested to someone else). Quite disappointed that I’ve paid for a theme which has given me more grief than any free one I’ve used previously.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, the system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ clear all the caches and check the results.

Thank you for the response. I have gone through and made all of these changes and I am still getting a blank screen when i click on edit with TD composer.
So are we, we have reinstalled td-composer plugin through the theme panel and tried everything else, and still shows the blank screen with the rotator. This looks like the backend issue for tagdiv to investigate since nothing has changed at our end. We have opened another ticket for footer width and formatting issue, these 2 could be related.
