Still no solution to grey screen “edit with TD composer” from customer support: is there an easy fix for a non tech person?

As far as I (non tech person) can see: no problems/warnings on the “Newspaper system status”. Is there another solution?

Ensure that your theme has the latest version of it, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
