How do I Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS?
I have followed your tutorial but I never get that list on my Dashboard. I have disabled all other plugins but it doesn’t work.
Can you provide a better tutorial or help me somehow as I have bought the theme for the “promised speed”.

Unfortunately page speed is something you will have to adjust yourself. There is no ‘promised speed’ as this depends on lots of things starting with your server. You need to optimize your site by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
