When I try to embed the video with Video Box, even after putting the correct YouTube URL, it shows the error: Render Failed. Please Enter a Video Url.

Does this Video Embed works like the WP YouTube Lyte plugin? Does it cache the video box? Can we minimize the loading effect to increase page speed?

Unfortunately, we have not tested WP YouTube Lyte plugin, so we can’t say if it will work or not. You will have to test and see. Also please note that we don’t offer support for untested plugins.

I am not asking if you tested WP YT Lyte. I have tested it on Newspaper X and it works. I am asking that; If the built-in Video Embed feature of Newspaper X acts/works similar to WP YT Lite? Can It cache the Video thumbnail for faster loading?
Test: Looks like the in-built video embed is Slower than the WP YT Lyte plugin. So I have to use this plugin for embedding video.
We are hearing about Speed Improvement Update for so many months. We really need it. Mobile responsive speed is very low. So much bloat, DOAM size warning in GTmetrix. Please work on it.

From what I know, our Video embed element does not cache the video thumbnail.
