getting this error when iam trying to load cloud library i have purchased the theme

Hi PrateekDSK,
Usually, this message is used when the license key is not used to activate the theme or this is not a valid license key.
If you still facing the problem, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide temporary wp-admin access and the license key to check it.

To re-enable the activation of your license, go to the System Status Tab in the Newspaper Welcome Dashboard and reset the Registration Key. Once completed, you can activate the license again by entering the Purchase Code.
