Hi, Just purchased the theme but struggling with ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE error while trying to use TD COMPOSER and not able to customize the theme. The website is in maintenance mode since I bought the theme. Please help!

Increase all the parameters if it’s the case.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it to a value of double you already have if possible.

Working on TD Composer is very frustrating due to this ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE error when the whole website building activity depends on this composer, you guys need to do something about this error if a substantial amount of subscribers are facing this issue rather than just copying and pasting the same response which yields no result. We are very disappointed with the solutions available on this forum. The time we need to waste on finding the right solution on this forum is unbelievable. We have purchased many themes before; believe me their support system is much better than Tagdiv team.

Was there a quick solution for this error. I have been using the theme for a year and suddenly getting the same error. I am trying to isolate the issue however, and pointing in the right direction would be helpful.

Hi Bogdan, thanks for your response and kind support! We guess this issue is not permanent but keeps showing up in regular intervals, nevertheless the code solved the issue for now. Hope it doesn’t come back knocking the door again. I will keep you guys posted if I find any permanent solution on this. Thanks again Bogdan for your support.

Thanks Bogdan. I was able to find that on another post; however still encountering the error. I will need to take a step back and see why GoDaddy and the theme are no longer playing well in the sandbox. System Status is showing green on everything except Speed Booster so generally settings are within spec.
As an update – it helps if I add the code to my subdomain .htaccess and not accidentally to my root domain. ‘
