Hi, I have the same issue since the day I’ve installed this theme. I already the htaccess solution and I’m using the child theme that comes with the theme, not one of my own… 2 days now with 500 error on my blog… Any help? I don’t know much about programming (pretty much nothing, actually…)

Please notice that 500 errors do not come from our theme. It seems to be a problem with your hosting provider. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, all the system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.

Hi,
version 9 periodically returns http error 500. I’m back to version 8.8.2 which always works. The .htaccess file was already well configured (changes to the 4 php values) as well as the wp_config.php file. I think there is something wrong with version 9 of the theme!

Thanks Catalin, my hosting provider updated php parameters (except max_execution_time because too high). Now “http error 500” has been solved and i upgraded theme to version 9.
