Ive just updated everything on my site including the theme, and now when I try to open the composer on a page I get a Error 502.
I have the same problem. I try to edit my front page and visual composer is not working at all. It is always stock at “Loading, please wait…”. Theme and the plugin is updated. I dont know what to do.
Mine is with the TagDiv composer and I just get the 502. Everything us up to date. I can’t edit my site until they help me figure this out.

So by updating the theme and theme plugins now that error is displayed while using the composer. First please check the theme system status panel and this guide

Similar issues were solved by increasing the WP-memory value, in many cases a value of 256M did the trick. You could try that as well, contact your hosting provider if needed or make the modifications yourself.

Did this ever get resolved? I’m having the same issue. I have triple-checked all of the settings in the requirements document linked to above.
Everything seems to be working with the Newspaper theme EXCEPT, I can’t use the TagDiv Composer. I get a 502 Error every time.

Please also contact us via email as this issue happens in specific cases. There is no fix to be applied from the thee side unless it affects ALL users and this is not the case. It is most likely a server configuration, a memory allocation or a plugin conflict on your end.
