That’s weird! The issue could be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Please note that WPML is used but is not a tested plugin with Newspaper Theme. So, if you have the plugin active, then the composer will generate that errors because they are not compatible.
