after install demos for “Local news”, when i execute the result appear error in the middle site
“Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in D:\xampp\htdocs\suarabinjai\wp-content\themes\Newspaper\includes\wp_booster\td_log.php on line 35”

Hi,
As a first step please check if wp debug is set to false in the wp-config file, as mentioned in this guide

If it’s not, set it to false and check again.
