I have a problem with your page builder. I have created the page and now, when I’m trying to edit it, I receive this message:
Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
When I use CTRL+Z it just deletes all of my content.
I’ve tried disabling all additional plugins and clearing the cache but that didn’t help. When I open the builder I also get the message that the current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Component.
I’ve already recreated the page once but ended up with the same problem. Could you help out?

“The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer” – that notice isn’t be the result of actual issues in most cases, that just notice that the last time that page/cloud template was not saved using tagDiv Composer. If you can successfully edit the page or could template then there is no problem, despite the message.
When this message appear “Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.

I haven’t even started to edit this particular page, but the error shows up anyway (“Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”).
I can’t edit anything on that page. Your manual doesn’t cover this issue. Could you please help?
