Hello.

I suddenly started getting this message at my home page. It is showing blank. http://www.askme.qa

Error at rows: 12(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content

I updated the theme t latest version. i had some issues with the plugin, i rectified it. It was all working perfect, even took the backup. Then all of a sudden, my homepage went blank.

On editing, it give this message Error at rows: 12(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content

Any solution?

Update. There seems to be a problem with the plugin – tagDiv Social Counter , when i deactivate it, it solves the problem.

Hi,

I have inspected the website, the main page seems to be empty from the header down. Other sections of the website like category pages and posts work fine.

I would suggest that you check the theme requirements guide. Check if there is enough WP memory and the necessary PHP extensions are available (especially mbstring – https://www.screencast.com/t/YX4mKZmlUPFw )

Also try the suggestion from this topic and add the mentioned code in the htaccess file

Yes, you are right, other pages are showing up. It is only because on other pages i am not using the tagDiv Social Counter in widgets or sidebars,

As soon as i deactivate the tagDiv Social Counter, home page starts showing up. It happened all of a sudden.

I can share my login detail if required.

OK. i have increased the define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’); to define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);

And it is working fine now.
