Error at rows: 1(models) : 5(dom).

Greetings!
We’re experiencing a problem with our Cloud Templates. Everything was working fine some weeks ago, we’re not sure at what time these errors started to happen. When we try to edit the CloudTemplates with the TD Composer, the next message appears:

Error at rows: 1(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

This happens with almost all of the CloudTemplates we have on the site, but there are some exceptions, like out Error 404, and some headers. The rest of templates are not working. The number of row (models) changes, but it seems like te 5(dom) keeps the same through al lof the errors.

By the way, there’s NO PROBLEM with the TD Composer when i edit pages.

So, I checked the forum for possible solutions and I found this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/

I tried the solutions explained at number 5) but:

Solution 1) I import a new blank template and the error keeps on happening, even when it’s completley empty, I can’t recreate anything.

Solution 2) There’s no extra HTML inside this cloudtemplates. We used Little codes inside some pages, but there’s no problem whit any page yet. We use a plug-in to insert a Little bit of html on the <head> section of our landing page, but it’s just that one, here’s a picture of it: https://imgur.com/a/sOZQedH

I’m not sure how to follow the last suggestion about the mod_security… We haven’t modify anything like that so, what should i be looking for?

Could you help us figure out what’s going on? Thanks a lot!

Hello,

You can try to use the revision on the templates -> https://i.imgur.com/LRisGeD.png -> https://i.imgur.com/9zt35YY.png

If the problem is still persisting, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, please make sure that you have a full backup for your website and that you provide wp-admin and cPanel access and include the link of this topic to identify you.

Thank you!
