First and foremost, yes I have read all the previous threads with regards to this issue as well as tried a number of troubleshooting recommendations without resolution.
The issue – when I use the TD Editor to edit a page that has already been created successfully and been in use for several months, and even years, then save it the next time I attempt to edit the page with the TD Editor I get the following error and can no longer edit the page:
Errors at columns elements: 6(models) : 7(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRLL+Z/CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
If I duplicate the page, I can open the duplicated page with the TD Editor but as soon as I save it in the editor, the same thing happens when you attempt to open it again with the editor.
I’ve been a loyal TagDiv client for many years with little to no issues up to this point.

This is quite interesting. Usually when this problem occurs, if the page is duplicated, the same problem should occur from the first edit attempt.
Are you using the latest theme, Newspaper v11.4.2?
If is only for one page, this it is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and and it can be fixed using the page revision.
Most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, youâll get that error.

Yes we have been using the Newspaper Pro theme since about 2015 and regularly update as the updates become available. The current version is 11.4.2 which was just updated a few days ago. This issue has been happening for a few months now though.
As for the shortcode theory, this may be the case as I am using Adrotate shortcodes in the pages but we have also been using that plugin for just as many years and never had this issue.
