When I try to open “import section” it appears in the background and I can’t add
how can I solve that? Can you tell me the steps?

Hi,
Most of the time this problem is made by a plugin conflict, please do a test, let enable only tagDiv Plugins and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
