Error: "Imported data is invalid. Failed to update the theme settings!"

Hi, I was trying to import theme options and I got “Imported data is invalid. Failed to update the theme settings!” error.

How do I fix it?

Hello!

Please follow the documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/ ; make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; and you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active.

Note: When you try to restore a backup from Theme panel -> Import/Export, please do not press “Reset”.

I’ve done all these you’ve mentioned but still didn’t work.

Anyway, I’ll customize the theme again.
