Hi,
Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear all caches and purge cdn files. Then test again. This issue was caused in the past either by plugins or an incorrect setting on the server. if the problem persists please try to re-install the theme by following this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

Upon further investigation into this matter we found that this is a problem that can be solved by a setting on your host.
Please contact your host and make sure that php multibyte module is installed and activated – http://php.net/manual/en/mbstring.installation.php
