We receive an error overtime we try to create a page or post template. Basically when we finish designing the page in Visual Composer we click on the Templates button, then click on My Templates. We type in a name for the template and click save template. We see the following message: “Error while saving template”

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of our theme (Newspaper 7.1). I suppose that you have some trouble with theme saving. Please notice that this is an older issue which the latest version of WordPress (4.5.2) caused to Wordfence plugin.
First of all, please try to increase your parameters from your system status to be higher, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Please check this topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-settings/ because there was discussed this problem about Wordfence plugin. If you have the Wordfence plugin, please disable it or set it according to workaround that was explained in that topic by Bryson T.
