Hi there,
I tried to follow the guide here: https://tagdiv.com/create-a-logo-with-newspaper-theme/
I would like to create a text logo for my website but when I am done and save the file I get this error:
Warning: getimagesize(): https:// wrapper is disabled in the server configuration by allow_url_fopen=0 in /home/www/saltiblodet.dk/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 639

Warning: getimagesize(https://saltiblodet.dk/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/1714_Salt-I-Blodet_C_01-2.png): failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /home/www/saltiblodet.dk/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 639

Any idea what the problem is?
Thanks

Hi,

Please make sure that you have the last version of Newspaper theme v9.6.1

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you!

Hi There,

I’m having a similar issue as the OP. I’m getting this error:

Warning: getimagesize(https://staging1.nonstopdestination.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/nsd_white.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in /home/nonstopd/staging/1/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 639

I disabled all plugins except for Tagdiv composer and library, and I’m still getting this error.

I contacted my host to make sure all settings are correct as per Tagdiv’s requirements, and they are.

I always get the error when I add my logo to the header. When I remove the logo, the error is gone.

One issue I wasn’t able to solve is the max_input_vars. Three different support people from my host have changed the number from 1000 to 30000, and they all confirmed it has changed, but the system status is still showing 1000. My host has no idea why it’s showing the wrong number.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

I have the same issue

Warning: getimagesize(https://soynuevaprensadigital.com/news1053fm/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2019/04/news-logo-180×180-negativo.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /home/soynueva/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 639

I tried and reviewed everything you mentioned and the issue continues, no matter which header template the issue continues to appear, it is only solved if I do not use a header template.

I need to solve this urgently

The error is caused by a security setting where something is blocking the loading of images from my server when the Receipt is requested.

Usually this error occurs with the iThemes Security plugin has the “Enable Hackrepair Blacklist” feature activated, but anther security plugin may have a similar setting.

With disabling iThemes Security plugin and reactivate the issue is solved
